Leadership

Grant Livingston

Founder of Farlane Capital and responsible for investment activities.

Mr Livingston founded and operated a social housing development company specialising in healthcare sector accommodation. Over seven years, the business successfully completed and institutionally sold 18 ground-up developments to listed REITs, pension funds, and asset managers.

Prior to his real estate development experience, Mr Livingston spent 21 years as a Portfolio Manager and Credit Trader at several large global investment banks across London, Hong Kong, and Europe. He served his final nine years at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Portfolio Manager within the Chief Investment Office, responsible for trading a $30bn unsecured credit portfolio, which included significant real estate and infrastructure investments.
