Grant Livingston
Founder and Chief Investment Officer
Grant is responsible for Farlane Capital’s investment strategy and capital allocation.
Previously, he established and led a specialist residential development company focused on social housing. Over seven years, the business delivered 18 ground-up residential developments, all of which were acquired by institutional investors, including listed REITs, pension funds and asset managers.
Before entering real estate, Grant spent 21 years in global credit markets as a portfolio manager and credit trader across London, Hong Kong and Europe. He concluded his banking career at J.P. Morgan’s Chief Investment Office, where he managed a $30 billion unsecured credit portfolio with significant exposure to real estate and infrastructure.
Tom Bradley
Investment Director
Tom is responsible for Farlane Capital’s capital raising, transaction execution and portfolio management.
He has over a decade of experience across real estate investment, development and capital structuring. He has originated and executed transactions worth several hundred million pounds across a range of transaction structures, including equity investment, forward funding, development finance and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Farlane Capital, Tom held investment roles at Moda Living and Lloyds Banking Group, where he developed expertise across principal investment, funding strategy, portfolio management and development delivery.
Tom holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Manchester.
