Prior to founding Farlane Capital, Mr Livingston spent the first 21 years of his career as a Credit Trader and Portfolio Manager at several large global investment banks across London, Hong Kong, and Europe. Serving the last nine years of his investment banking career at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Portfolio Manager within the Chief Investment Office, responsible for trading a $30bn unsecured credit portfolio, which included significant real estate and infrastructure investments.
In 2017, after leaving JP Morgan, Mr Livingston founded and ran a social housing development company. The organisation developed specialist accommodation within the healthcare sector. Over seven years of trading, the business successfully built and institutionally sold 18 ground-up developments to a combination of listed REITs, Pension Funds and Asset Managers.
